Specifically, we are building a resource center, to be called Disciple, in the city of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. We envision this center to be a place for Christians in Hyderabad to access needed theological and discipleship-oriented books and teaching materials.
We want to support and strengthen believers through their faith journey. Our Planting ministries are focused on equipping evangelists and pastors in their church planting efforts. To establish and draw new believers into a deeper refining relationship with God our Growing ministries focuses on making discipleship resources available. As we grow in Christ our goal is to embody the compassion of God through our Transformation ministries. Central to our Transformation ministries is the justice and mercy of God. Working with those who have been orphaned, impoverished, and subject to violence or exploitation we create opportunities to share our time, talent, and treasure to offer the provision, healing, and love of God.
Paul compares the Church to a body and says in 1 Corinthians 12:14 that “the body does not consist of one member but of many”, with different gifts and abilities, meant to benefit each other. As Missionaries and American Christians, we recognize we are uniquely positioned to partner with Indian Christians. We have been blessed with finances and education, and ought to steward these gifts wisely.
